This is a very heavy food. The base is cooked using coconut milk and some curry spice. It has chicken (in this case, it is the chicken wing) and potatoes. Once in a while, I will eat this when I crave for it 
I really love curry. But well, this is prepared the chinese style, my grandmother would never forget to include this dish on any big occasions.
