This is a very heavy food. The base is cooked using coconut milk and some curry spice. It has chicken (in this case, it is the chicken wing) and potatoes. Once in a while, I will eat this when I crave for it
I really love curry. But well, this is prepared the chinese style, my grandmother would never forget to include this dish on any big occasions. Although my favourite is still the Indian curry, I will always begin to miss my ‘grandmother’s way’ of cooking this chinese curry:) whenever i eat it in the foodcourt…

Looks absolutely delicious!! I much prefer Malaysian and Singaporean (Nyonya) curries to Indian curries.
