this is the tree in the living room… the kids had fun putting it up and playing with the decorations… they had even more fun opening the presents!

PS. not one present under that tree was for me…

Jeepers creepers for some!

A small colony of bats were found under a coconut tree in a small private estate… all huddled up together.

This looked like a really good place to chill out… along Sunset Way, surprisingly, in the middle of a small housing estate!

Touted as the next most happening place, I think I would like to return there some time soon…

This was taken off the roof of my car… just after the rain… just like tha way the droplets formed…

This is not the toilet/washroom… but the baby changing room which was like 40% the size of the toilet with very elaborate amenities including HOT water (the silver box on the wall near the mirror)!!! Here ends the series of the T3 airport tour. Overall, I was impressed and a similar feel resounded with everyone in our entourage. For the men only… there is a target to help you… a small fly print at the correct point. When I took this picture, the men in the toilet were like bewildered… I had to respectfully wait for almost no one at the urinals…. haha!

Another set of seats in the terminal lounge areas…

The seats in the lounge area and all over the terminal were similar to this one. Looks really comfortable and surely is!

This is the pre-boarding area. Looks like any other airport lounge area really.

The grand entrance of the departure hall. There appeared to be only one entrance, as opposed to 2 or more in the older terminals. Futuristic looking and advanced machines were used inside.

The T3 openhouse ticketing counter… $3 for adults to go into the Departure lounge and transit area. Otherwise, it would closed to public from 10 December 2007.

Well, I did mentioned that it was an open house… you see an in-house tour guide with the flag starting to lead a group of about 30 people. We were a bit of cheapos… we just walked along and stood closeby to listen to the guides explanations of the terminal. Guided tours were conducted in a variety of local languages.
