This is the colour of the sky today!:) I couldn’t sleep early last night as I am still craving for the Nasi Bryani and spicy hot ‘mee sua’. So I slept only at 4am! I woke up at 10am and look!.. the colour of the blue wasn’t as gloomy as I’ve imagine;) And glad that the cool air was here, and the climate wasn’t too harsh on me yet:)

Hello, I’m back! The flight back was fine, just a little turbulance nearing to Singapore. I had been waiting a long time to be boarded, together with a lot of the other passengers in the whole departure Gate 8 at Heathrow-London Airport. It was FULL FLIGHT and you can imagine how many people were travelling to/transiting from Singapore:) Since I flew from Vienna to London yesterday, I was really LUCKY as I wasn’t caught in the BA cabin crew strike since they ‘declare’ to start it only on 30th, phewww!;)

This giant mosquito is like a ‘mascot’ used in a ‘Anti-mosquitoes’ Campaign. It is really big as you can see from yesterday’s post from a wider perspective.
Today i will be flying back from Budapest. And when I am back to Singapore, I will use a fresh ‘new angle’ to see Singapore to post more ‘insights’, see ya!:)

This is a rare ‘Ice Shop’ as normally our dessert stall are very modern looking becos in a foodcourt we dun have anymore this kind of ‘look’;) Sometimes I felt it is strange. When we are in a modern city, we intentionally make the surroundings looked like the good ‘old days’ but when we were actually in the settings of a decade ago, we make our surroundings like super contemporary or as modern as possible…dun you agree? I think perhaps sometimes, we just like ‘irony’

It’s hardly we can find cobble streets in Singapore. So they fake it like this. The 14th Century of Singapore is a fishing village, so there is not even cobble streets.
