The noodles look a little large for bee hon. It looks more like Shanghai style pull noodles.

it’s actually thicker sized bee hoon, and it’s smoother in texture, so it can simply slipped when you sipped up the soup;)
in chinese it is called ‘cu mee fen’ (CU means Thick):)
