This is Dhoby Ghaut Station, a Mass Rapid Transit station in Singapore. It is located at the eastern end of Orchard Road. It would eventually be the largest MRT station in Singapore. Due to its size, the MRT station is equipped with travellators, and is the only MRT station in Singapore with travellators. This station even participated in a mock terrorist exercise

These people are like in the swinging ‘Viking ship’ commonly found at a Fun Fair:) But this time around, they are ‘standing’.

Normally the escalator will be set in the direction of one up-going, the other down-coming. But today, it was so crowded that both were jammed pack with loads of people, entirely UPGOING ONLY:)
