Are they lantanas ‘flowers? If so, it could be in Europe, yes, but also in Australia where this plant is very invasive…
yes, i think they’re called Camara Lantanas
I didn’t know if they’re invasive:) though i learned that some of the species can be invasive 
and in some countries they’re rather ‘weeds’
