Was at a Crystal Jade Restaurant recently… for some reason the “Dining In” concept caught my eye and we had a super dinner there. The restaurant is at VivoCity and faces Sentosa (where the demolished Ferry Terminal used to stand). Food here is pricey but also good.
This photo is just a work of art more than anything else… 
I like the simplicity of the plate. I visited Singapore a few times and I’ve enjoyed it each time.

Had meals there when they first opened.
