Today is the last day of 2008!!
Let us all have a colorful spinning 2009 year ahead!!

The above photo was taken quite a while back, but it still hovers in my mind every now and then.
I was then trying out with black and white portrait shots, as i always feel that such shot is very “human”?? I can’t really find the word to fit in as of now. But nevertheless, i took the shot of the above old man, and i was hoping that the shot above who tell a story perhaps??
Since the above shot, i have never really make another attempt anymore. Black and white is an area i wish to learn more but it is not easy. I will continue to try and read up more and most important, practise.
Hope the above shot does not bored you guys!

In a few days, we would be saying goodbye to 2008. Sometimes thinking back, it is quite scary how time flies.
Somehow the shot above give me hope that 2009 would be a better year for everyone. Yes, hope so!

Shooting nice building is not really my cup of tea. Was out with a few friends that time and we were shooting along the streets. They pause and shoot from this angle, and i was thinking to myself, why not i just try also, no harm right??
And there you go, the shot above. I like the leading part of this photo, where it leads the viewer deeper and further into the photo itself.
By the way, do you see a figure in there?

This is another sunrise shot that i took few days back.
It was my luck that there are a few people who were in the waters that morning, so they become my subject. How the Sun casts the colors onto the sea water is really amazing i would say.
Have you fall in love with sunrise yet??

Took this sunrise shot at East Coast Park a few days back. It was one of my checkpoint for the 100km Walk that i signed up with. The sight there really motivates me and i then realise sunrise can be equally beautiful as sunset if you at the right place at the right time.
I love the orange sky!!

Ho ho ho….Merry Christmas!!!
Hope everyone of you have a happy and enjoyable Christmas.

This is the unique xmas “tree” outside Hereen. It is made up of coke bottles!! I fell in love with this one when i first saw it. Main reason is because i’m a Coke lover!!
Today is also the eve, i guess most of us would be out there celebrating or counting down towards Christmas.
So, have you had your Coke yet?

This is the Orchard Road Christmas Lightings this year. The theme for this year is sweet and candy. There are a of comments on this year lightings, with many saying it is poorly done.
So, what do you think?

Spotted these colorful and yummy and colorful chocolates (i think they are) in Changi Airport as well. It did somehow makes me feel hungry since i did not have anything to eat before heading to the airport.
Do they make you drool??

Welcome Goofy, Donald, Mickey & Minnie to Singapore!!
Come to think of it, they should be in christmas clothing such as santa hats!! Don’t you think so??

This is the sight being presented at every door of Terminal 3.
Come to think of it, this is the first time i step into the Changi Airport during the christmas period!! I guess the festive mood might not be as grand as compared to elsewhere.
Ohh.. this photo just makes me feel like going Disneyland again.

Went to the airport early in the morning to send my sister off to US. Lazy to bring a tripod, therefore have to take this shot hand held, this is the better one of the few that i took.
Guess is not having enough sleep that makes me feel that my dslr is so heavy. The early dawn scene defintely has a beautiful side to it. Somehow that moment i feel like sleeping
