Saw this in my neighbourhood and looks gorgeous. It’s the new BMW 35i…which cost a bomb here in Singapore and person living in the HDB estate. Th car probably cost around same price as his home.

Lift Upgrading

A very popular site that most Singaporean will have seen. This is the lift upgrading programe provided by the local council. As older lifts only serve at various levels (e.g 1, 4, 8, etc..) the new type of lift is a welcome site as it is clean, faster, can see thru opening in the doors (for safety), and most importantly stop at every floor.
This is just started at my block and expected to complete in early 2010. So expect lots of noise, dirts and inconvenient of having only one lift to service all floors.

From Wikipedia – Satay (or sate) is a dish consisting of chunks or slices of dice-sized meat (chicken, mutton, beef, pork, fish, etc.) on bamboo skewers. These are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with various spicy seasonings.
