From Wikipedia – Satay (or sate) is a dish consisting of chunks or slices of dice-sized meat (chicken, mutton, beef, pork, fish, etc.) on bamboo skewers. These are grilled or barbecued over a wood or charcoal fire, then served with various spicy seasonings.
