Lots of shops for browsing in air-con comfort. Much like every other mall in Singapore.
Property developers have been building many new malls in the last few years. Many of the new mega malls, extension(s) are still currently under construction.
With the global recession going into full gear, i think there will be quite a serious retail glut, oversupply when the construction of these new malls is completed.
Whever there is a recession, the retail industry always gets hit.
