Quite hard to find the open air market in Singapore, due to hygiene reasons I guess and the humidity level is too high there to prevent contamination of fresh food. Food handling is quite strictly controlled.

My first reaction was pencils but upon closer look, I think not. Haven’t a clue: candy of some sort, perhaps. Whatever they are, they’re very colourful!
