Marina South Park… once a hot spot for couples… now a hot bed of construction for the new park…

besides being a control tower for the dam and a possible visitor centre, I have no idea for sure what this is.

Yeah, they are building a dam… so that the Marina area can be brackish water and be a water sports centre.  The structure in construction is another enginnering feat on its own…
