It’s a great feeling swimming at MBS infinity pool…

After travelling to five cities around the world, the Youth Olympic Flame arrived in Singapore for a 6-day traditional torch relay run.
2,400 torchbearers will have the honour of carrying the first Youth Olympic Flame. The torch relay winds through the streets of Singapore, through all the five community districts (today being the last thru the Central District) and ending in the heart of the city before finally reaching the waters of the beautiful Marina Reservoir, and the Float@Marina Bay – the venue for the Singapore 2010 Opening (Tom 14Aug) ceremonies.

With the National Day less than a week away (on Monday 09Aug) everywhere throughout the island you can see red & white Singapore flags. Some place on side of car, on streets, most on the house and shopping malls. This is at the famous tourist eating place called Newton Circuit.

Seletar Airport was Singapore’s first international airport. It was completed in 1928. Today, it is still used by many private aircraft for training and services.
This was taken just after sunrise at 6:40am over the weekend. It’s a beautiful and peaceful surrounding and a great way for a stroll.

It was held over the weekend at the famous Bukit Timah nature reserve in the west. With light rains through out the morning final race it make the going very tough & slippery for all competitors. Winner of the race was Tim.

Recently opened, MBS hotel guess (free) and visitors (need to paid $20 entrance fee) can enjoyed the panoramic view of Singapore skyline, 150m infinity swimming pool on top of the 340m Skypark. It is simply breathtaking with the open air concept. Can see the nearby Singapore Flyer.

It’s a 25m high Ferris Wheel at E!hub. Each complete ride takes around 6mins. This is a unique ‘weather-proof’ Ferris Wheel that stands inside the E!hub mall at Downtown East on the east side of Singapore. Each of its 16 fully air-conditioned capsules takes up to 6 people.

Singapore’s biggest water theme park. A very popular place in the east side of Singapore. There is playgrounds, various rides & splashes for the whole family.

This is the “Shiok River” spanning 335metres and meandering thru various landscape.

It was held on 22May 2010 at Downtown East.
